Lots of “aha” moments

It was a refresh for us. We gathered many things we will apply in the community. Lots of “aha” moments, hands-on exercises that wake you up and inspire you, expertise for real and useful tips to practice the very next day. I think many communities need to hear from you!

Roxana Pădurean – Communication Manager at Launch

“The facilitators provided clear, actionable strategies that I could immediately apply to enhance our community engagement. The hands-on exercises and interactive sessions were particularly valuable, as they allowed us to put theory into practice right away. An engaging workshop

It is a fun and engaging workshop, that makes it easy for participants to pick up the basics of building an active community. The methods are very closely connected to design thinking, but applied to the design of social experiences!

FAQ

Do I need to work full-time on my community?

Yes. Starting and running a true community is a full-time job. However, it is doable to have a part-time person working while getting it off the ground.

Will a community help my business?

When done right, communities can bring a suite of benefits to your business. By doing the work you will discover if you should be on the path of building a true community or just employing the benefits of having an audience.

How long does it take for a community to bring a return on investment for my business?

Success doesn’t come overnight and this is also true for communities. On average, it takes 3-6 months to get a community off the ground and a couple more to grow it. The benefits will come along the way, but only if you properly employ the measuring & reporting know-how.

Is the workshop suited for those not looking to build a community around a startup or company?

Yes. The process outlined within the workshop can be used to start any type of community (such as around a hobby or for an NGO).

When does the workshop take place?

On October 28 & October 29 between 9:30 and 13:30 GMT+2.

Where?

Online on Zoom.

What happens after I pay?

You will get an onboarding email with all the details about the workshop.
